Welcome to Saint Raphael’s:

Thank you for choosing the Hospital of Saint Raphael for your care.  Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality care, in a respectful and compassionate environment.

Being a patient can be stressful or worrisome.  We want to alleviate as much of that as possible.  Whether you’re here for an outpatient treatment or as an admitted in-patient, we want to help you get ready for your visit and arrive at your procedure, treatment or testing area feeling comfortable and confident.  This Patients & Visitors section of our site can make it easier as it includes:

• Information and a downloadable checklist to help you get ready for your visit
• Directions to the hosptial and the specific area where you will be admitted/cared for
• Information about free parking in instances where you’ll need a designated driver to bring you to the hospital
• Additional information specific to the procedure, treatment or test you will have

Our staff will work very hard to meet and hopefully exceed your expectations and Saint Raphael’s high standards. If at any time — before, during or after your visit — you have a question, concern, suggestion, or need any type of assistance, please let the manager in charge of your care area or any of us know. Your feedback will help us do an even better job caring for you.
