The Sister Anne Virginie Grimes Health Center is a licensed 125-bed skilled
nursing facility affiliated with the Saint Raphael Healthcare System. Our
affiliation, combined with an extensive multimillion-dollar renovation
completed in 2005, offers a unique facility for both long term residential
care for those unable to live independently and short-term rehabilitation
for patients who have experienced elective surgery, an injury or major illness.
We are dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for every person
in our care. The Sister Anne Virginie Grimes Health Center is the only
Catholic-sponsored nursing home in New Haven County; we welcome and encourage
patients and residents from all faiths.
