Cancer Mind/Body Wellness Group

An eight-week mind/body program for people living with cancer. Focusing on stress and reducing its impact on one’s life, participants learn coping strategies and therapies to manage the psychological and emotional consequences of a cancer diagnosis.

The program begins with a day-long retreat in Madison, CT. Family members are encouraged to participate.
