Hospital asks those with respiratory symptoms to refrain from visiting
Posters have been distributed around Saint Raphael’s asking anyone with signs or symptoms of respiratory illness such as cough, sore throat, fever, runny nose, or body aches, to refrain from visiting the hospital. The restriction, for the protection of patients, staff and other visitors, comes in response to the current outbreak of H1N1 (Swine Flu). Children under 12 years old will also not be allowed to visit patients—including newborn siblings—until further notice. See Poster
