From Hartford

I-91 South to Route 9 South (a left exit). In Middletown, take exit for Route 17 South to New Haven. Go left off the exit ramp to Route 17 South. Follow Route 17 for about five miles through Durham. Bear left onto Route 79 South (a fork in the road at a light). Follow Route 79 (Durham Road) for approximately six miles until you reach a traffic circle. Take the second right off the circle, continuing on Route 79 South. Follow Route 79 for 3.5 miles, continuing straight through the blinking light. The Strong House Adult Day Center, 546 Durham Road, is on the left one half mile past the blinking light.

From New Haven

I-95 North, Exit 61. Go left off the ramp (Route 79 North, Durham Road). The Strong House Adult Day Center, 546 Durham Road, is approximately two miles on the right.

From New London

I-95 South, Exit 61. At light at end of ramp, go right (Route 79 North, Durham Road). The Strong House Adult Day Center is approximately two miles on the right (freestanding white sign).
