1100 Sherman Avenue, Hamden
I-91 North or South
xit 10 (Route 40 connector) to the end at Whitney Avenue (Route 10 North). Proceed on Whitney Avenue
to the 3rd traffic light (one mile); turn left onto Sherman Avenue (landmarks: Rollins Printer on the
right; white church and Dunkin’ Donuts on the left).
VNA Services is approximately 2 miles on the left.
Merritt Parkway/Wilbur Cross Parkway (Rte 15) North - Exit 60
At the end of the ramp turn left onto Dixwell Avenue. Remain on Dixwell for
approximately 1 mile. At the Duchess Restaurant bear left onto Shepard Avenue. In approximately
1 mile, turn right onto Sherman Lane, and a quick left onto Sherman Avenue. VNA Services is
1100 Sherman Avenue on the right.
Merritt Parkway/Wilbur Cross Parkway (Rte 15) North - Exit 62.
Go right at the end of the ramp onto Dixwell Avenue. At the 1st light, go right onto Washington
Street and take a quick left onto School Street. Proceed across Whitney Avenue; go through the next light
at Evergreen Avenue; School Street now becomes Hamden Hills Road. Continue past Laurel Gardens and large
apartment complexes; Hamden Hills Road now becomes Sherman Lane. Across from Hamden Health Care Center
on left, go right onto Sherman Avenue. VNA Services is 1100 Sherman Avenue on the right.
Merritt Parkway/Wilbur Cross Parkway (Rte 15) South - Exit 62.
Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Whitney Avenue. At the 3rd light go left onto School Street
(Eli’s Restaurant is on the corner). Proceed across Evergreen Avenue where School Street becomes Hamden
Hills Road. Continue past Laurel Gardens and large apartment complexes where Hamden Hills Road becomes
Sherman Lane. Turn right onto Sherman Avenue (across from Hamden Health Care Center). VNA Services
is 1100 Sherman Avenue on the right.
