Parkinson's Center

Located at the Hospital of Saint Raphael, the American Parkinson Disease Association’s Information and Referral Center supports patients and family members facing Parkinson’s Disease. The facility is the only one of its kind in Connecticut and serves older adults from across the state. Staffed by a nurse coordinator and overseen by a board-certified neurologist, the Center offers many programs and services, including:

• A telephone helpline providing information and support

• Education programs, materials and newsletters

• A support group network

• Referrals to important community resources
