If you are a nursing student and have completed at least one clinical rotation in an accredited school of nursing, you may work as a Student Nurse Technician, providing direct care to patients under the supervision of an experienced R.N. Saint Raphael's will provide you with free training in phlebotomy and EKG, and you'll develop skills and confidence in clinical care, hospital procedures, and medical terminology.
No clinical experience? No problem! You may work as a Unit Clerk, responsible for various administrative functions on a nursing unit. Or, become a Patient Care Assistant, monitoring and providing non-clinical care to patients who require observation.
No matter which position you choose, you'll work side-by- side with experienced nurses, physicians and other caregivers who use the latest techniques, treatments and equipment in medicine.
