MONDAYS
Tailored as a gentle alternative to traditional yoga, the classes will focus on breathing, stretching, increasing flexibility, and improving muscle strength and tone. The classes also teach participants how to tap into the more relaxing meditative aspects of the practice to help keep stress under control.
Doctor's Approval is Required. No fee - but CALL to sign up.
