Responsible for supervising sanitation, equipment/department maintenance and daily food service operations. Also responsible for supervision of patient services during times of staff relief/scheduled patient service shifts and all retail supervisory expectations during weekend retail supervisor split shifts. In addition, position includes training and discipline of hourly staff, quality/process/financial improvement tracking and maintaining and producing utility and porter schedules. Minimum high school education. Basic Math for financial applications. Computer skills: Base functional knowledge of Microsoft office applications. Experience with Horizons cashier software preferred. Greater than two (2) years supervisory experience in Hospital Foodservice. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs singlely or greater weights with the assistance of the carts or pallet jacks.
Schedule: Thurs.,Fri., and Sat. 11:30a.m.-8:00p.m. Same schedule each week, may be needed to fill in for Holiday / Vacation / Sick for other supervisors.
