Located at 1294 Chapel St., New Haven, this program provides intensive, outpatient partial hospitalization for people who abuse or are dependent upon a variety of drugs, including alcohol, cocaine, heroin or prescription medications. Treatment includes individual and family psychotherapy, as well as programs to help participants maintain a substance-free lifestyle.

Leave I-91 at Exit 1 (Downtown New Haven) CONTINUE straight on the exit expressway, where it merges with North Frontage Rd. Turn right at the fifth light onto Orchard Street. From Bridgeport and New York City Areas (West)
Leave the Wilbur Cross Parkway at Exit 57 (Route 34 east). CONTINUE on Route 34 until you cross Ella Grasso Boulevard. CONTINUE straight onto Derby Ave. Derby Ave. changes into George St. Follow George St. for approximately 1/2 mile to Howe St. Take a left at Howe St. and another left onto Chapel St. Go past the first light and the Mental Health Resource Center will be on your left.
