Offering previously owned clothing, housewares, books, toys, jewelry,small appliances and much more at greatly reduced prices, the Saint Raphael's Thrift Shop is centrally located at the corner of Chapel and Orchard Streets.  As a source of gently used clothing, the Thrift Shop has been serving the greater New Haven community for more than two decades and is always looking for donated items.

Managed by the Auxiliary of the Hospital of Saint Raphael, the shop accepts clothing appropriate to the season (coats, hats, gloves, etc. during fall/winter - lighter jackets, shorts-sleeved shirts, and shorts during spring/summer) that is clean and in good condition.  Many items are priced at $5 or less and the shop accepts cash-only.  Proceeds from the shop benefit the Hospital of Saint Raphael.

Donating Items

Items may be donated weekdays during the shop's regular business hours 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Clothing is accepted on hangers or folded neatly into boxes or shopping bags with handles.  No items will be accepted in large plastic trash bags.
